Group Forum: Anti-Inflammatory Diet - - how to?

Hello Friends and Fellow Anti-Inflammatory dieters. Today I begin - I'm starting with mostly fresh vegetable/fruit juicing and intend to avoid wheat, dairy, meat almost completely. I think I shall eat some simple soup and some cooked vegetables and some morning oatmeal - the rest will spring forth from the juicer machine.
So I ask y'all what an Anti-Inflammatory diet means to you and where are you getting your information and guidance from? How's it all working for y'all - how are you feeling?
I'd be so grateful for any information, advice, hints, etc you care to share...

Some people that are sensitive to wheat are also sensitive to oats. One could try quinoa and treat it like oatmeal, adding whatever you would typically add to oatmeal. I have learned a lot about what causes inflammation form and it is helped me tremendously.

No Dairy and no sugar were most helpful to me. When I stopped dairy I felt better within a few days and increasingly better as time passes.
