Group Forum: what are you eating on your non fast days?

I took in 1300 calories yesterday and gained weight. I don't want this to be the type of thing that i lose on fast days and gain it all back on non fast days, i won't make any progress....I don't think i ate a heck of alot but obviously my body thinks so.

weight fluctuates constantly whatever you eat.
Try to stick to the same scales, same day and time of week.
That way is not perfect either, but it is better than weighing yourself every couple of days or so.
I weigh myself every week, same day same time
