60+ with 50-100 lbs to Lose

I like what I see since mid September 2020. I don't like seeing the upward trend these past few days. Today I am at the beach. It's totally deserted due to the wind. I see one surfer in the water abd a few birds. I decided to come here instead of going to the park because there is a fire nearby and the wind is blowing smoke inland. The van next to me is someone's home. Their cat doesn't look pleased to be cooped up inside.

Left beach. Stopped at Trader Joe's for whipping cream. Also bought white balsamic and dill pickles. Put a bit if cream in coffee. Still Didn't taste good. Made it through the day with protein and fat plus a little carbs from onion and jalapeños in meat. Also had ahi tuna (canned) with a bit avocado oil mayo. Weight minus .5# today. Still up from last week.

Still stuck at 20# loss.
