Hi there! I am a 68 year old grandmother who happened to relocate the 30 pounds I lost two years ago before the pandemic. Sound familiar to anyone else? Would love to share this journey with people who have the same goal. Lose weight, get healthy, live longer. I'm ready. Let's do it together! Very Happy

I am 67, Canadian and losing regained weight from not being able to go to the gym. Once I have that off I have much more to lose.
I would like to be at goal before my 70th birthday. We can do this.

Looks like you are doing great. I'm also a Canadian grandmother, I'm not sure if it was the pandemic or because I had just retired prior to it but I know the weight has to go. I just want to feel normal again & when I decided I was not going to buy bigger clothes I came to my senses & decided I wanted to be as fit as possible.

I'm a 66 year old grandmother, sounds like a very familiar story, myself it is a toss up I retired a couple months before the pandemic hit so maybe a bit of both either way it's got to go!

Sure can do this you gave yourself 3 years so you should reach goal fairly easily. Once when I had only loss 1 lb. someone told me that's fine that is 52 lbs. a year. & I only have 35 to go so hopefully by the New Year.
