Hi. I'm new to the group. I am setting weekly goals to see what works best for me and what slows me down. I leave my calories at 1200 but I may need to lower my carbs, drink more water, move more, etc. It is an easy way for me to see what is working and what is sabotaging.

Weekly goals does sound like a good manageable way to go! I am going to try to just post my weight weekly. That may not seem as much, but I am one of those daily weighers and wow the creep up/down is driving me crazy. I know it is not a good thing to weigh every day but I cannot stop myself BUT I will stop myself from posting it everyday and getting depressed due to it. I also am going to post the average of the week, so maybe that will also help keep me in line. Best of luck to you and ALL here. Smile

August............down 6 pounds to 172
September.........down 3 pounds to 169
October...........down 4 pounds to 165
November..........down 5 pounds to 160
December..........down 3 pounds to 157
Jan thru March....up/down/up to 157-159
UPDATE 2016
June..............steady between 157-160
beginning July....ok between 157-160
mid to end July...went up to 163.5 (ate out a lot and kids here!)
August............up/down/up from 156-162 end Aug 156
