Hi all,

I'm finally starting to use this fat secret tool and I really like it. I've never made use of community areas before, but I'm hoping it will help motivate me.

I'm in my late 20s and have been watching my weight creep up for a few years now. I'm very short and not very active, so I have a borderline BMI and my body is close to 40% fat. Although I don't have health issues now, I know I need to start doing things differently. I've gained 25 pounds since I graduated school 3 years ago, and I'd like to reverse that and create some better habits now. I love food and cooking, and I definitely have problems with comfort eating.

I joined this group because I heard about the 5-2 plan before. I'd like to hear from you about which days do you think are easiest to do the the 2 on? How do you pick good days and do you only eat the lunch meal... or can it be any meal? And can I have tea with milk and sugar on those days? Or just water?
