Just started in February. Have lost about 8 pounds. For me, that's amazing! So glad to find this group today! Smile

It's like the best kept secret. While I lost some weight managing calories, adding 5:2 way of eating kick started real weightloss for me. I think I lost 20+ lbs in about 6 months. I still do it just because I saw health benefits too (improved blood results for one), more energy, etc. I've easily been able to make it a part of my life, not a temporary thing. There may be weeks I don't fast but I have not seen the weight come back. So happy I found this solution.
