Hello all. I'm turning 43 this Saturday and I have just been yoyo dieting. I am 120 lbs, 5 feet tall...I know, I know, several people would say "what are you doing here!, you don't need to loose weight." It's true, but all my fat is deposited on my belly, I look like a 5 month pregnant woman, tsk, tsk. It has been the area where I have issues with. I'm here just to get motivation, ideas and really want to stay healthy. I have had High Blood Pressure since my youngest was born in 2004. It is one thing I really want to get rid of with the added bonus of trimming the fat (hihihi).

Welcome!!! I think this is a great place for you regardless of weight. You have some goals and a medical issue....great place to get ideas!! Plus with 4 kids I am sure some tips on fast healthy meals would be good for your busy life! Good luck on your lifestyle change!!!!

This is definitely a place where you can see results and find community support. I am a yo yo dieter over my life and need to lose 20 lbs. I'm 45 now and find my metabolism has slowed. Wish me luck.
