Hello,
I am trying to get on board with the slow carb eating my dr highly recommends it... Do you track everything still or just eat from the list...

I have been doing the plan for 3 weeks. Have had a few carb binges where I just had to have some cereal. Usually hits me after a hard workout.

To be truthful I have not been tracking my food. That's why I just set up an account and joined this forum. Hopefully it will help me be more accurate.

I could really use an accountability buddy. Are you interested?
