Group Forum: Morning Workouts on SCD

I'm new to the SCD (about 3 weeks into) and up until now I've stuck pretty closely to the food and eating guidelines but I'm ready to incorporate exercise. In the past the only time I have to workout is in the morning (full-time working parent = little time in evening). Does anyone have any suggestions as to working out AND getting in 30g of protein within 30-60min of waking??? It seems that eating a full 30g bfast may be a lot to digest before a workout but waiting until after workout seems to wait too long. Any suggestions would be really helpful.
