Group Forum: can't lose weight!

I started the Atkins diet two weeks ago and even though I am counting my net carb intake and eating according to the Atkins plan, I am still not losing weight. I do intense zumba 3 times a week, eat healthy and how come I'm still not dropping pounds? I feel very frustrated right now. Advice please!

Lots of water - when you've drank enough drink some more. Don't skip breakfast and utilize your eating and exercise diary on here - sometimes you can be eating a lot more than you realize. If you've really upped your exercise - remember you may be gaining muscle. Don't despair - you will notice changes. Your off to a great start - put away your scale for a few days at a time - and remember to weigh at the same time of day consistently. Have a great day - your doing great! Go drink that glass of water now... Smile
