i weigh every day( active work out and morning bath) ...around 8 am...

I weigh at morning after bath and before eating or drink.

I always do it first thing in the morning. I use it as a guide - If I weigh less than the previous morning, it's a great motivator to stay on track. If I weigh a little more, then I know to step up my game for the day.

I was told that your weight fluctuates 5 pounds daily - for multiple reasons. I was suggested not to weigh in every day. What do you guys think?

It's not recomended to weight yourself daily. If your goal is to discourage and get depressed then go head.
The better way to know if your diet and excercise plan is working is:
Weight yourself once per week.
Same day, same hour, same scale.

It's better to weight first thing in the morning.

weight yourself in the morning, after you pee (take off your pajamas) before doing anything else Smile I've been doing this for 2 years, and its the most accurate time of the day.
