Hi all!! I'm starting my diet and exercise again. I've been off the site for a year or so. I just had my 4th baby (9 weeks ago) and I'm ready to get on it! I know what I'm supposed to be doing, but finding the motivation to actually do it is so hard!!!

Congratulations on the new baby. I am struggling with motivation myself. I do okay with the eating and tracking, but am having trouble motivating myself to exercise more than just 3 days a week. I have one 3 year old an am still trying to lose the baby fat.

My advice just pick a day. Make that day one and whether you want to or not, do it. After a while it will become habit. Yes, I am great at giving advice, but fin It hard to sometimes follow.

I will do it if you will.
