How To Follow Skitz's own diet:

Plan meals the day before and stick to it.
Concentrate on your food and not everything else around you, while eating.
Pay attention to your stomach and when it is full, you are done eating your meal.
Don't be afraid to throw food away, you will eventually flush it anyways.
Keep healthy vegetables and fruits cut up for easy snack attack treats.
Treat yourself once in a while but if you already did this week, you only have to hold off for several days, then you will enjoy that much anticipated treat even more.
Stay away from restaurants, they add unnecessary unhealthy things to your food to try to make it taste better.

About / History

I tried the Fat Flush plan and it does work, but I have a problem with being deprived of too many things at once. So, I know I can always revert back to that if I need to, but I have to try to live a little more instead of worrying about food all day.

skitz600's top tips

1.exercise for 5-10 minutes several times throughout the day.
2.Only eat when hungry. Stop eating when you start to feel satisfied, not when full.
3.Eat to prevent Sugar cravings: Chromium= broccoli, grapes, cheese, chicken. Carbon= fresh fruit. Phosphorus= chicken, beef, liver, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, beans. Sulphur= cranberries, horseradish, cruciferous veggies, kale, cabbage. Tryptophan= cheese, liver, lamb, raisins, sweet potatoes, spinach.
4.Drink lots of water. Leave bottles of water all over the house. Drink cranberry water, it kind of tastes like juice.
5.split meals up and eat small portions of it throughout the day.
6.Ask yourself "is what I'm doing right now going to make me look better or worse? Is that going to make me happier in the long run?"
