Leesevol's top tips

1.Do NOT eat carbs after 2pm! This includes fruit and natural starches!
2.Avoid the sugar at ALL costs. Yes, I mean alcohol too!!
3.Drink a cup of hot water with 1/2 of a lemon squeezed in every morning to stimulate digestion.
4.Stick to your exercise routine and increase it gradually as you feel better.
5.Challenge your body and your mind.
6.Share your progress with others and smile when the compliments come rolling in.
