This is a diet where you can eat what you want as long as you burn more calories than you eat that day. It is easy to stick to and there is no extra cost. Its a great diet for the people that want to keep the weight off and not spend a ton of time working out.

Fruit and Fruit Juices
Vegetables and Legumes (e.g. Beans)
Dairy Products - Milk, Cheese, etc
Eggs and Egg Substitutes

Fats and Oils
Herbs, Spices, Sauces
Others, Snacks, Sweets, etc

 How To Follow The Burn More Calories Than You Eat Diet:

You can eat what you want but then in the same day you need to burn off those calories. You can eat 1500 calories in a day but then you have to burn the calories off which isn't that hard. Try not to eat alot of fat but you can still eat some. Drink alot of water as well.

summer2020's top tips

1.Drink water or Sprite Zero because you can have water plain or you can add some of those calorie free flavor packets and the Sprite Zero has no calories, no carbs, and no sugar.
2.If you have just eaten and you think that you will eat again put a piece of sugar less gum in your mouth and the gum will keep you mouth busy and away from food.
3.If you need motivation buy a really cute pair of jeans or a dress or something and when ever you want to cheat picture yourself in that and I will keep you going!!

I have developed this idea after trying this myself. I have been on this diet for around a month and I have lost weigh. It isn't a fast weigh lose but its a good diet over time.
