Tosca Reno wrote these amazing books about eating clean. Then I bought some and am now doing it.

tf24601's top tips

1.Eat 5-6 small meals a day spaced 2-3 hours apart.
2.Work out with weights, not just cardio.
3.Eliminate 'dirty' foods from your diet. Processed, chemicals, foods with a long ingredient list of things you have no clue what they are!
4.Eat lean protein, complex carbohydrates & healthy fats at every meal!
5.Drink lots of water!
6.Keep a food journal to record your workouts, and all food intake. You don't have to count calories OR look at fat content OR carbs- just the ingredient list. If you don't know what it is(or know that it is bad), don't eat it!!
