the cambridge diet is a alternative to food. you are required to have 3-4 (depending on height, and gender.) food replacements, which come in a variety of flavours.( milkshakes, soups, bars). you have to drink a minimal 2 ltrs of water a day but advised 4-6 lts.. this will promote weight loss.
