This is not just a diet, it's a lifestyle. Eating 8 meals per day and going to the gym 6-7 days a week is inconvienient, it is difficult, and it all around sucks....but I promis you, stick to this lifestyle and you will learn to love it.

 How To Follow Burn fat and gain Lean muscle mass:

Start every morning with 1/2 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and natural cane sugar (No sugar substitute!) to taste.

eat a meal consisting of 4 oz of lean meat and 1-2 cups of green vegitables every two hours while at work (should total 4 meals)

eat a 6th "pre-workout" meal the same as the last four with an added bonus: include at least 30 grams of carbs.

train at the gym for at least 1 hour (using your chosen plan from bodybuilding)

immediately drink a 2-scoop protein shake (at the gym if possible) following your workout. (this counts as meal 7)

Eat your 8th and final meal 30-45 minutes after you get home from the gym.

1.Having trouble reaching the daily goal of 1.5 grams/lb of protein? A morning and post-workout protein shake can solve that problem real quickly!
2.Train hard at the gym at least 6 days a week. Don't know where to start? Try the workout section of bodybuilding.com and find a plan that suits your goals!
