Ambz86's own diet

Basically the human body needs 3500 calories to make 1 lb. Therefore if u want to lose say a lb a week..u will have to reduce ur weekly calories by 3500..(500) less a day. Doesn't matter what u eat...its all about the calories...getting back to the basics. I'm extreme..I try to amp that up and reduce my daily cal intake by more than 500. Which works.

About / History

Just had to know cal/lb and equate what to reduce for desired goal. All about cal intake. I've never been able to eat diet foods..I have to have my yummy food instead of making myself miserable..I eat what I want. However I check how much I can have first...and normally only eat once a day. This isn't crazy..if uve ever heard of the warrior diet..its alot like it..
