Advocare 24 day challenge


I eat well balance meals, and use MEal Replacement shakes start my day. Need that Protein carb mix in the am. I use Spark to keep my energy and focus high.

I have always struggled with high fat, high calorie food addiction. Sweets speak to me...kinda like a Tom and Jerry cartoon...I start seeing people walking around looking like a big donut or candy bar!
