 Summary:

This diet is to not only help you lose fat but to also help you live a healthier lifestyle preventing diseases and so much more. The more active the better. But, be sure to switch up your exercise routine to shock the body every couple weeks. You don't want to go catabolic. It's also important to take a one week rest every 6 months. You will also see a difference in your skin, your hair, your stress level, a well-rounded lifestyle improved.

 How To Follow JenzNfriendz's own diet:

Make sure you watch your caloric intake each meal. Eat five small meals a day to your limit at about 300 cal max. Eat well with lots of protein and low fat/sugar/sodium and you will be well on your way! It's a slow process for some, but it's healthy and it works. It will help you maintain your diet and keep the weight off! Eat 1200 calories a day, 90 percent protien, 20 percent fat, and good complex carbs not simple carbs! Cardio 60 minutes a day, five days a week plus 30 minutes of heavy intense lifting and abs. Rest on Sunday, but don't splurge. You work too hard to gain it back. "You are what you eat" literally. Each week add some encouragement on your progress. Each day note what you need to improve on. This will help you improve progressivly and keep you from getting discouraged. Don't forget to drink lots and lots of water!!!=) Good luck!

About / History

With me working and going to school full time plus having time for loved ones, it's critical for me to obtain the proper nutrients and activity daily. My boyfriend is a body builder and a personal trainer so he is also a great motivator. We workout together making a stronger bond. It's good when your partner is in the same interests as you. You can give eachother tips. My goal is to be a falcon's cheerleader after graduation. I've danced for 20 years. After high school, I gained a few pounds. My first goal is to get my old body back to normal agian.
