Simply a diet to gain muscle. Its part my own, and uses some diet plans from Arnold Schwarzenegger's encyclopedia on bodybuilding.

Breads, Grains, Cereals, Pasta, Rice
Meat and Fish
Fruit and Fruit Juices
Vegetables and Legumes (e.g. Beans)
Dairy Products - Milk, Cheese, etc
Eggs and Egg Substitutes
Nuts and Seeds
Fats and Oils
Herbs, Spices, Sauces
Others, Snacks, Sweets, etc

About / History

About 8 months ago, I started going to the gym a lot! This diet is something I started for myself and has worked pretty well.

aWaffles's top tips

1.Eat lots of food! But make sure its healthy food!
2.Supplement eating with several protein shakes during the day.
3.Drink lots of water. I drink about 8-10 litres a day.
4.Workout hard! 7 days a week, at least 2 hours a day. Heavy weight lifting everyday, and cardio about once or twice a week.
5.Supplement with multi-vitamins and fish oils daily
