Matt55's Calorie Restriction


Eat anything you want... just don't exceed your daily caloric limit. Use a calorie counter to ensure that you know where you stand with calories through out the day... budget yourself so you have enough calores for eating Breakfast, 10 AM snack, Lunch, 2:30 snack, Dinner, 8:30 snack.

Determine how many calores your body needs given age and weight (from internet) and daily exercise. Short yourself 1000 calories per day to loose approximately 2 lbs per week.

Don't drink your calories.

 Foods you can have

Breads, Grains, Cereals, Pasta, Rice
Meat and Fish
Fruit and Fruit Juices
Vegetables and Legumes (e.g. Beans)
Dairy Products - Milk, Cheese, etc
Eggs and Egg Substitutes
Nuts and Seeds
Fats and Oils
Herbs, Spices, Sauces
Others, Snacks, Sweets, etc

Not OK

 How To Follow Matt55's Calorie Restriction:

Determine your daily caloric intake... deduct 500 to 1000 calories.
Eat breakfast.
Eat a 100 cal snack 2 hrs later.
Eat lunch.
Eat a 50-100 cal snack 2 hrs later.
Eat dinner (save some calories for a snack).
Eat a snack 2-3 hrs later.
Don't drink you calories.
