Diet Solution


 Summary:

Organic Food is the way to health.
Clean out your cupboards of all foods and snacks that contain
hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oil.
Avoid soy at all costs.
For all of your bread needs, consume only Sprouted whole grain products.
Avoid all refined white table salt. Use unprocessed, unrefined sea salt for all of your salt needs.
Drink half of your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water each day.
Avoid all foods that contain artificial sweeteners, sugar, or sugar derivatives. This includes Equal, Sweet n Low, Splenda (Aspartame, Saccharin, Sucrolose and all Sugar Alcohols). The only sweetener you should use is Stevia, a natural sweetener.
While following the Diet Solution Program to lose weight, drink no more than one glass per week, or, preferably, eliminate alcohol completely.

 How To Follow Diet Solution:

Begin by eliminating many of the foods you have now learned are bad. There are really some foods that we are just better off without. Specifically those are foods that contain hydrogenated oil and lots of sugar (especially high fructose corn syrup). Take a look at your current food intake and see where these ingredients show up. These are the foods that should go right into the garbage can. They are just that dangerous and can completely sabotage your weight loss efforts.

Pick 1 or 2 recipes in the Recipes section of the Diet Solution Manual that sound delicious to you and make it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You also may want to share it with your friends and family. If there was ever a great way to prove to yourself (and others) that this way of healthy eating can be absolutely delicious, it's by trying out a few of my handpicked recipes. Who can eat Herbed Lemony Lamb Chops and not agree? How about Salmon with Pecan Pesto and Spinach stuffed mushrooms? 1.Reduce intake of carbs such as sugar, and wheat.
2.Drink lots of water!
3.Choose healthy proteins such as turkey and fish, and healthy carbs such as vegetables and fruit.
4.If you are still hungry, have more healthy food rather than snacking!
5.A great snack food: raw almonds or other raw nuts and seeds.
6.You need healthy fats! Switch to coconut oil and organic butter, and avoid all hydrogenated fats like margarine or canola oil.
