About / History

I just had enough with feeling out of breath, out of stamina, out of life.

MimiMuffin's top tips

1.DRINK A LOT OF WATER! I know it's a common tip, but it's necessary. I find it easier to have big quantities of water if the temperature is not too cold. I like lukewarm myself.
2.Think before you eat. Question yourself: why are you eating? Are you actually hungry or are you just bored?
3.Celebrate when you reach your goals, but not with food. How about a new pair of smaller jeans?
4.Keep your mind off food by chewing gum.
