This is a basic, natural diet that incorporates lean meats into a diet with lots of fresh fruits & veggies. This diet is not restrictive except that fatty foods and processed sugars should be avoided. Following this diet should lead to reduction in body fat without compromising muscle.

1.Try to eat the majority of meat and fat at lunch or early in the day so you'll have time to run it off.
2.Picante Sauce or Salsa is a great, low fat way to dress up a salad.
3.Make healthy Snack choices...grapes instead of candy, flavored water instead of soda.
4.Find time e in every day to do some form of exercise...some is better than none!
5.Drink LOTS of wster!
6.Allow yourself a "treat" from time to time...just don't go overboard!
