Phentermine and Low Calorie diet


Take a daily dose of perscribed Phentermine, usually 37.5mg. one half hour before your first meal of the day. This will suppress your appetite, and stimulate your metabolisim. when you eat, make sure you enter your food's into the food tracker in your i-phone or android phone Calorie Counter app. this will help you make good food decisions throught the day. Try not to eat dinner after 7pm. that's about it. with that in mind you should loose about 7-12 lbs a month.

1.Be sure if you are going to take Phentermine to take it before 10 am. otherwise you might be up all night. Phentermine is not meant to be a long term weight loss drug. It is addictive, and it is an amphetimine. Most Dr's will only perscribe for a maximum of 6 months. And then your on your own.
2.using the food tracker for the Android phone has been invaluable. I know where I am after every meal and can plan my next meal accordingly.
