 Foods you can have

Breads, Grains, Cereals, Pasta, Rice
Meat and Fish
Fruit and Fruit Juices
Vegetables and Legumes (e.g. Beans)
Dairy Products - Milk, Cheese, etc
Eggs and Egg Substitutes
Nuts and Seeds
Fats and Oils
Herbs, Spices, Sauces
Others, Snacks, Sweets, etc

 How To Follow faydra6410's own diet:

Tip 1:
If just starting 1200 to 1500 Calories minimum, never go under 1200! (5-6 meals)4 healthy meals of 300 calories 2 being snacks 150 calories
Feeling Famished? EAT more veggies

Tip 2:
Stay away from Man-made carbs! Carbs are an important delivery system for getting protein to the muscles! Energy! No carbs no muscle development!

Tips 3:
Need to Hydrate muscles! Water is neded to keep the muscles from breaking down. Water is the bodies best detox it helps get rid of the bad stuff!
2L is minimum for Water but best to up it a gallon if you can.

Tip 4: Avoid man-made sweeteners. If it rhymes with gross avoid. Follow this unless a physician instruct you to use sweeteners for medical reasons.

Tip 5:
Change exercise workout every 4-6 weeks to avoid plateaus.

Tip 6:
DESTRESS! That's why you hear healthy mind, healthy body!
