My diet is based on limiting calories to 1200-1300 per day. This is as low as I feel I can go and still get the nutrients I need to be healthy and satisfied. It is geared to being more than a diet and promotes lifestyle changes.

I break my calories down in the following manner:
300 calories breakfast,
400 calories lunch,
500 calories dinner,
100 calories snack/desserts.
