It's Bill Clinton's diet..its vegan, its 100% oil free and added oil free, its simple and you can eat tons of good food..potatoes, squash, brown rice, whole wheat bread, all veggies, you cannot eat any meat, any fish, any dairy, any oils..no..there are no good oils on this diet...nothing with added oil.link to diet is

my mom was diagnosed with unstable angina in 10/2011..she was not a candidate for any procedure..we went on the food plan..angina is gone...my whole family is on it now..they told me she would not make it a month with that diagnosis..Dr. Esselstyn said differently..and he was right..but you have to profoundly change the way you eat..I did and have ..and so has she..crushing chest pain really gets your attention..
