My core principals are NO SUGAR, NO CARBS, taking it one day at a time, you have your healthy life to think about. My family eat pretty much whatever they want whenever they want and that is the hardest thing to deal with in my life!!!

1.I am trying to follow the Dr.B diet on my own and I'm happy with my results so far:)
2.Make sure you take a daily multivitamin and some form of B vitamin complex:)
3.Roasted seaweed is an awesome snack anytime:)
4.Any type of exercise is really important, try something new every 3 mos or so and do it every day:)
5.Personally I hardly eat breakfast just used to doing that so its no big deal for me:)
6.I work part time, am married with 2 kids, 11 and 6, our 6yr old is special needs, total care and its a daily struggle for me however I try to do all I can and have a positive attitude, say my prayers and I love my life:)

About / History

I wanted to join Dr. Bernstein weight loss centre here in my hometown, did a lot of research however I did not actually call the centre. I found out that it can be up to $1000 per month depending on how much weight you need or want to lose and there was no way I could afford that so I made my own health and fitness plan to suit my needs and its definitely working for me:)
