With this diet you have to count calories. It doesn't matter completly what you eat but you HAVE to count CALORIES. This diet will have you losing weight fast!

Breads, Grains, Cereals, Pasta, Rice
Meat and Fish
Fruit and Fruit Juices
Vegetables and Legumes (e.g. Beans)
Dairy Products - Milk, Cheese, etc
Eggs and Egg Substitutes
Nuts and Seeds
Fats and Oils
Herbs, Spices, Sauces
Others, Snacks, Sweets, etc

 How To Follow Yvonne2525's own diet:

This food diet consists of 900-1200 calories for women. Workout an hour and a half 6 days a week for.
Eat healthy and drink plenty of water. I don't have cheat days, I have substitute days. This means if I choose to eat something I really shouldn't eat then I give up other meals so that I can afford those calories.

1.Do what you HAVE to do EVERYDAY and when your ending date gets here the weight will be gone.
2.If you eat it then write it.
3.It may not be fun cutting back on food but being fat isn't fun either.
5.When you are hungry eat some fruit.
6.Love yourself!

About / History

About a year ago I weighed 223. This was my highest weight and I knew I had to do something about it. I eat less and worked out. I lost 32 pounds. I was happy with that but I had a long way to go. Well I slacked off for some months and I ended up gaining 12 of those pounds back. So that brings me till now. I had tried to lose weight again about a month ago. I worked out all the time but I was not losing weight. I was so mad that I gave up. I knew that it could be done because I did it before. I couldn't figure out the problem. Then it hit me....I was UNDER COUNTING MY CALORIES!! I was eating the full calorie amount to sustain my current weight. THAT'S WHY I WASN'T LOSING!! I should have been EATING LESS CALORIES! So that is when I decide to let Fat Secret help me count my calories and lose the weight. Since I have been doing this correctly I have been losing weight.
