jbjibby's top tips

1.45% protein 35% carbs 20 % fat.
2.Organic when possible. Learn to love salmon and chicken. These are the best lowfat high protein options.
3.Weight lift 3 days per week for 30 min. Interval cardio 3 to 4 days per week 30-45 min (bike & eliptical good for knees)
4.6 small meals daily every 2.5 to 3 hours
5.Protein drinks are a must ABB Pro 50
6.Don't binge eat. Don't skip meals or go to far below RDI. Don't bank calories for later use.
