Trevorf's own diet


This diet is simply synthesized from all of the reading I have done about diets and nutrition. I am trying to create a diet that I can use to lose weight and build muscle simultaneously. Also, I do not want to hold myself to a system like weight watchers that would require all kinds of financial commitment. Eventually I will introduce more carbohydrates, but at first I am trying to cut as much fat as possible.

 Foods you can have

Breads, Grains, Cereals, Pasta, Rice
Meat and Fish
Fruit and Fruit Juices
Vegetables and Legumes (e.g. Beans)
Dairy Products - Milk, Cheese, etc
Eggs and Egg Substitutes
Nuts and Seeds
Fats and Oils
Herbs, Spices, Sauces
Others, Snacks, Sweets, etc

 How To Follow Trevorf's own diet:

Personally I try to minimize carbohydrate intake, limiting it to a piece of whole wheat toast in the morning and a bit of fruit here and there.
There are a few golden rules:
1- Drink TONS of water. Tons and tons. Even if you don't like it, even if you're sick of it.
2- Do not drink soda, eat candy, etc.

About / History

I have been working on my weight for a long time and have eventually settled on the dietary guidelines you see in my diet.

Trevorf's top tips

1.Drink at least a gallon of water a day!
2.Take Fiber supplements 1/2 hour before each whole food meal (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
3.Have a snack (Protein bar, protein drink, yogurt, etc) between each meal. Keep meals small and snacks smaller!
4.No coke, pepsi, mountain dew, or Hersheys!
5.1 serving of Creatine every day (Made with stevia)
