ONLY HEALTHY DRINKS...LOVE THIS ONE!!!!

Guidelines:
Only healthy drinking...NO TO sodas (regular or diet), sweet tea, coffee, alcohol, slushies, etc...YES TO water and unsweetened tea (as much as you like) and to juice and protein shakes (these last 2 in moderation)...USE COMMON SENSE IN NOT DRINKING A LOT OF EMPTY CALORIES AND STUFF THAT HAS NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE!!!!
