Guidelines:
Keep a record of all food consumed - try to cut 50-100 calories a day. (Ex: week 1 sunday was 2000 calories - week 2 sunday cut to 1900/1950) Drink 1/2 your weight in water (fluid ounces) ex: 160lbs = 80 fluid oz of water; 140 = 70 fluid oz). Cardio exercise for 35 minutes a day (missing only 1 day per week)

Didn't feel well today
