Don't panic!

Guidelines: We can have ice cream, but not every day. Two days workout plan is not for athletes but I am sure we will not be able or in the mood for the third one. So two workout days and three times walking per week it will be great achievement. Log every bite. Good luck! We can lose 5-6.6 pounds at least till April 15th easy peasy.
