No snacks
Definitely still within my RDI, so that works. I'll just ignore when it says I'm not successful at that mini challenge. ;)

I plan to use IF (intermittent fasting) for this challenge, eating only between 10am and 6pm. I will keep a food log, and trim my portions down, drink more water, decrease the sugar and salt, and overall ...
