What I learned I actually enjoy walking, and by myself with headphones on and music blaring. It is some nice alone time to just vegetate while getting exercise. The past two days were chilly and windy ...

how do you plan to get in those steps?!?!
I'm putting successful in if 8000 or higher during the week. I'm stuck at desk all day with extremely limited time to move from there. Hoping to increase steps on the weekends to average higher
