Welcome to Vegetable Fiesta, returning from 2016 (where did that time go... so many meals, so many calories 😂).
Please join and think of ways to get the full 5 serves of vegetables each day. I really want to increase the natural benefits of veg plus the fibre in my diet, as well as maybe lose a few pounds or kilos. I also want to feel fuller and stay hydrated. Let me know your ideas.
