Drink at least 4 metric cups of water or diluted juices, weak tea or coffee per day. Fill your water glass or bottle and keep drinking!

Increase your dietary fibre so that you are getting at least 10g per day. Eat veg and fruit with the skins on if you can. Include other fibre rich foods like nuts or seeds. Take psyllium husk supplement if you need.
