Make sure your fibre is at least 10g per day for 4 weeks.

Guidelines:
Increase your dietary fibre so that you are getting at least 10g per day. Eat veg and fruit with the skins on if you can. Include other fibre rich foods like nuts or seeds. Take psyllium husk supplement if you need.
