Wow!!!
In this second week I am very tired in the routines!!! The dvds are only 40 to 50 minutes but are hard!! The good things its that everyone that make this workout feel better and see better!

Is everybody here doing the Asylum DVDs...
...or just getting in 45 mins of any activity? I just finished the Speed and Agility workout...punishing. Makes me long for the 30 sec breaks of Insanity.
