Guidelines
This week, while running errands, or while at work, try to park in the furthest parking spot from your destination, get those extra steps! Take the stairs instead of elevators.

30 crunches a day

Guidelines
Do 30 crunches every day! If possible, do 2 or 3 sets of 30. If you can't do them all at once yet, do them in sets of 10 throughout the day. Soon you'll be able to do 30 with no problem!

Try something that you've never done before, or rarely do. There's lots of access to workout videos for free. If you have Netflix, there's a ton on there, as well as Comcast On-Demand. If you don't have either, there's always YouTube! Always wanted to try Zumba? Do It! Yoga? Give it a try.
