The 14 Day Squat Challenge. Squat everyday for 14 days. Take a rest day every 4th day. Aim for between 15-40 squats daily!!

July 20.
Didn't get home till almost 10 pm Sun., July 20, so did not get on the computer to post. I only got in 15 squats. Need to step it up.
