Hi all,

I'm on the Induction Plan of the Atkins diet. Any motivation is always welcome! My late night eating (middle of night eating, even healthy food, is halting any progress. Also, seem not to be able to sleep longer than 2 or 3 hours at time. Any tips are welcome.
