is hard to lose weight
I think inches are more important as weight can include added muscle if you have walking and exercising. If you clothes are fitting better then your doing good ! Well done on the inch loss !

Look on youtube because there are some great yoga workouts. I think you should do a mixture of work outs then your body doesn't get complacent. Perhaps a dance work out dvd (if thats you thing) I ...
