Less Carbs
I find for me that my dinner needs to consist of lean protein..I feel fuller longer, and my plan is to drink...WATER ! :) good luck to everyone!

Drink a glass of water. Sleep when you're tired. Avoid Caffeinated Drinks 6 hours before bed!
Thanks for the pep talk Amanda! Good to have someone who understands. I work full time and have to small children. I'm exhauted when I get home, so I usually end up having a diet soda around 5:30 ...
