better stick to the same daily routine
I decided to have lunch at a restaurant today and in the afternoon, went to a business event. That was enough to explode on Carbs. I hope keeping calories under 1500 is still enough to loose weight.

first day disaster
Try to give up starch and sugar! I usually stay below 100 g carbs a day. I cant see your progress because you wont let me follow you? You can do anything if you want it bad enough. Good luck.....
